These arrangements provide a framework for the exchange of strategic information and the sharing of best practices. They may also facilitate the access of third country authorities to Eurojust's tools for operational cooperation in investigations involving at least one EU Member State, but do not constitute a basis for the exchange of operational personal data. These arrangements also formalise the role of the Eurojust Contact Point, with a view to ensure a more rapid execution of judicial cooperation requests on both sides

Eurojust has working arrangements with Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, Nigeria, Panama, and Peru, as well as with the Ibero-American Association of Public Prosecutors Offices (AIAMP).
