This report is drawn up under the responsibility of the Administrative Director in accordance with the Eurojust Regulation and with the Financial Regulation applicable to Eurojust.

For each financial year running from 1 January to 31 December, it outlines Eurojust’s budgetary and financial management process and main in-year events and developments with impact on the Agency’s financial situation, budget evolution and budgetary performance.

As per Eurojust’s statutory obligations, this report is prepared by 31 March of the following year. In order to provide a complete picture of the Agency's budgetary performance, it should be read in conjunction with other corporate publications for the specific year, such as the Annual Accounts, the Consolidated Annual Activity Report and the Annual Report.
