Yesterday, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, HE Andrea Perugini, paid a courtesy visit to Eurojust, his first visit since being appointed in April of this year.
Ambassador Perugini met with the President of Eurojust, Ms Michèle Coninsx. The role and tasks of Eurojust in fighting organised crime and terrorism as well as the vital contribution of the Italian Desk at Eurojust were discussed.
Ambassador Perugini began his professional career in the Italian Diplomatic Service in 1983, and has served in Italy, Angola, Switzerland, China, France and Vietnam.
