On 11, 12 and 13 May, a delegation of 11 high-ranking Swiss prosecutors and representatives of the Swiss Federal Office of Justice, led by Mr Michael Lauber, Attorney General of Switzerland, visited Eurojust. The study visit was organised by Ms Maria Schnebli, the Swiss Liaison Prosecutor, to provide the delegation with insight into the work of Eurojust and liaison offices with which Ms Schnebli is in close cooperation.

The delegation met with Ms Michèle Coninsx, President of Eurojust, with representatives of the Austrian, Spanish, Greek and Bulgarian Desks, with Mr Petter Sødal, the Norwegian Liaison Prosecutor, and with Ms Alinde Verhaag, Head of the Case Analysis Unit.
The delegation consisted of the Attorney General of Switzerland, as well as Ms Susanne Kuster, Vice-Director of the Federal Office of Justice, and the chief prosecutors of the cantons of Appenzell-Innerrhoden, Vaud, Berne, Thurgau and Zug, including prosecutors representing the cantonal prosecutor’s offices of Schaffhausen and Basel-Landschaft.
